The Executive Board directs the Company and manages its business. In doing so, it is obliged to act in the Company’s interests and undertakes to increase the Company’s long-term value. The Supervisory Board appoints the members of the Executive Board.

  • The Company's annual and long-term planning
  • Preparing the quarterly, annual, and consolidated financial statements
  • Establishing appropriate risk management and risk control systems
  • Regular, timely, and in-depth reporting to the Supervisory Board

 

Certain measures and transactions by the Executive Board require Supervisory Board approval.
