The HR Business Partners are the first contact for employees needs and line management. Important tasks are the support and consultancy of leading managers and employees in all HR-relevant issues like recruiting, succession planning, as well as labor displacement. You will also cooperate with the work council, gain insights into ongoing change processes and organizational development.
Center of Excellence
The Centers of Excellence (CoE) cover all global and strategic HR processes. The CoE are divided in different HR topics like remuneration, talent management & development and legal & labor relations. They are responsible for analyzing current processes, designing new concepts and the later roll-out on a global basis.

Cross functional step
The clients of HR are mainly Finance, Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain Management.
