Local Marketing

The implementation of product and marketing strategies is the focus of this department. The main tasks are marketing analysis, planning and coordination of launches and re-launches as well as the implementation of measures regarding product development, price strategy, advertisement and sales promotion.

 

Local Shopper & Customer Marketing / Go-to-Market Management
In Shopper and Customer Marketing, sales concepts for the field service and the supporting sales measures are compiled and executed. Profound knowledge of Category Management can also be gained.

 

Step abroad

One of the above mentioned operational steps will be in one of our affiliates abroad.
This international step opens new perspectives to our processes. It will expand your horizons and sharpen your perception of cultural differences – an essential skill for success in a consumer-centric global business.

 

Strategic assignments in your program

 

Global Marketing

The strategies for our brands, products and marketing are centrally developed in the German headquarters in cooperation with research and development, packaging development and our affiliates. Additionally, the international guidelines for all worldwide marketing activities are worked out.

Global Sales

The global sales team works on strategic and global sales topics. The objective is to improve the global Point of Sale presentation and to support the affiliates in all topics concerning key account management and pricing.
