The Beiersdorf consolidated financial statements and half-year reports are prepared in accordance with the principles of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The annual financial statements of Beiersdorf AG are prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Handelsgesetzbuch (German Commercial Code).

Our auditors examine the company's risk management system; we continuously develop this system further and adjust it to our changing operating environment. Further information on risk management at Beiersdorf can be found in the management report included in our Annual Report.

The Annual General Meeting on 13th April 2023 elected the Stuttgart-based Ernst & Young Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft as the company's auditors for fiscal year 2023 and as auditors for the audit review of the half-year financial statements 2023.
