Global eCommerce Manager (f/m) Multi-Channel

Your Tasks
  • Development and safeguarding the execution of the global eCommerce strategy with focus on multi-channel clients
  • Definition of strategic eCommerce projects in strong alignment with the Global Customer Directors, monitoring the development and supporting the international implementation
  • Coordination and cooperation with local key account functions to grant a holistic sales approach resulting in targeted online sales and profit via selected on- and cross-channel levers to exploit the ROPO effect
  • Evaluation of local eCommerce status and team skills and respective digital sales trainings for multi-channel KAMs and cross-functions
  • Check of the existing multi-channel customer online business; definition of gaps and opportunities
  • Implement and train eCommerce TTC with focus on online specific counter performance and customer business phase, ensuring a respective investment policy
  • Support of defined regions and local markets in the set-up of eCommerce pilots, projects and international roll-outs
Your Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master in business administration, sales or eCommerce
  • Several years of relevant working experiences in global Customer Sales Management and eCommerce for 3rd parties (FMCG)
  • International working experience and proven ability to steer, motivate and lead project teams and customers
  • Superior sales and management skills paired with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in business reporting and controlling and high affinity for numbers and analytics
  • Experienced in Excel and Power Point
  • Good knowledge and interest in digital topics and eCommerce trends
  • Passion and enthusiasm to drive a new channel also against barriers with strong ability to inspire and engage different stake holders
  • Fluent in English and preferably also in German, additional languages would be an asset
