This role is responsible to drive and increase the purchase rate of our impulse categories SUN & LIP. Based on an in-depth understanding of the impulse shopping behaviour of our categories you will create new and efficient solutions (on & offline). The role reports into the Head of Category Development & Global Revenue Growth Management (RGM).

You will…

  • build an in-depth understanding of the shopper drivers & the purchasing barriers of the seasonal categories for the complete path of purchase
  • identify new category business development opportunities at channel & customer level for on and off season based on detailed RGM analysis
  • create category leadership solutions with the aim to deliver profitable sales growth across the key seasonal timeframes in the right placement (Hot zones)
  • partner with GBU to secure that category needs from sales point of view are continuously integrated in the category vision and pipeline development
  • define the go-to market deck for the perfect execution of the Placement (Hot Zones), Shelving, Pricing, Promotion of the category in season/off season
  • guide the countries to ensure excellence in execution locally and inspiring best practice sharing
  • develop post-season assessment and turn analysis into recommended actions

Your Profile

You are the perfect fit for this role if you have an entrepreneurial mindset and if you are able to think out-of-the box. It will be key for you to find disruptive channel solutions to further strengthen our leadership in the market.

Your qualifications:

  • University degree (preferably in Business Administration)
  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG/ and or retail
  • 5+ years of business analytical experience
  • Local Sales / Category Management experience
  • Shopper insights knowledge
  • Multi-channel experience
  • International experience and mindset
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and to influence stakeholders across the matrix
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel
  • Fluent in English
