This role is responsible to drive and increase the purchase rate of our impulse categories SUN & LIP. Based on an in-depth understanding of the impulse shopping behaviour of our categories you will create new and efficient solutions (on & offline). The role reports into the Head of Category Development & Global Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
- build an in-depth understanding of the shopper drivers & the purchasing barriers of the seasonal categories for the complete path of purchase
- identify new category business development opportunities at channel & customer level for on and off season based on detailed RGM analysis
- create category leadership solutions with the aim to deliver profitable sales growth across the key seasonal timeframes in the right placement (Hot zones)
- partner with GBU to secure that category needs from sales point of view are continuously integrated in the category vision and pipeline development
- define the go-to market deck for the perfect execution of the Placement (Hot Zones), Shelving, Pricing, Promotion of the category in season/off season
- guide the countries to ensure excellence in execution locally and inspiring best practice sharing
- develop post-season assessment and turn analysis into recommended actions
