Your Tasks
Scheme Overview
The graduate scheme is a two-year program that offers opportunities for professional and personal development. Participants will work with renowned brands like NIVEA, Eucerin, and Elastoplast in real business roles, gaining real responsibilities.
The program involves four six-month rotations across different functions, including Marketing, Brand Management & Digital Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain & Corporate Services. There's also the potential for international exposure and leadership-sponsored projects.
Structured training is provided throughout the scheme to accelerate professional development and prepare graduates for leadership roles.
Graduates will have the opportunity to contribute to community projects and collaborate with external partners on sustainability initiatives.
The Graduate Scheme is set to commence in September 2025.
