For our Brussels based office , Beiersdorf Belgium is looking for a Marketing Manager Benelux – Nivea Personal Care - 1 year temporary contract .
As Marketing Manager, you will be part of the local marketing BeNeLux team and reporting to the Head of Marketing Benelux, while working with local teams in both countries to develop and implement the marketing and communication strategy for our iconic brand NIVEA Personal Care (Shower - Hair care - Deo - Men) based on the international portfolio. You will also manage, coach & develop a team of 4 BeNeLux colleagues:
- Define the local marketing strategy based on the marketing mix KPI’s with a sense of local business needs while leveraging the BeNeLux synergies for the NIVEA Men face, deodorant, shower and Hair care & styling
- Inspire, coach & support your team in both countries and take active measures to strengthen the internal talent pipeline.
- Ensure excellent execution of the marketing strategy and plans according to annual business plan and in line with our brand guidelines (special focus NPD’s and Core) --> Coordinate the BM in the team in developing & monitoring the go-to-market and activation plans in both countries for the respective categories
- Act as the spokesperson and drive BeNeLux topics towards the Regional Europe personal care teams and ensure an efficient information flow to the Management Team (especially share all relevant information on the development of the local market)
- Ensure to deliver the market share and net sales objectives for the respective categories and closely pilot the monthly KPIs: You monitor and analyze the performance of market shares compared to competitive activities and you revise and adapt the plans if necessary.
- Responsible for ensuring a perfect validation process management (of artworks, media playbooks adaptations) and coordinate the marketing budget with the respective brand managers.
- Has a good knowledge of the local media landscape and media trends, integrate local insights to optimize/adapt communication plans in strong collaboration with the BM and Consumer Journey & Media Managers.
- Approves the media planning and drives the team towards an excellent execution with ROI mindset and ensure alignment of corporate brand image with global identity guidelines and adequate usage of institutional information – both internally and externally.
- Close cooperation with all other business functions, Sales, SCM, Supply Chain, Financial Controlling, HR.
- You are in charge with the local sales and S&CM managers to continue the local growth in terms of value market share
