Beiersdorf Sweden is looking for a new Business Support colleague. You will work in an exciting role in the middle of the Swedish sales organization for the brands NIVEA, Dubbeldusch, Labello and Atrix. You will be part of an experienced sales team based at our Nordic headquarters in Gothenburg (Lindholmen) and report to the "Head of Key Account Management".
You work with the overall go-to-market process in Sweden, i.e. the internal process to ensure new products are ready to be launched in the grocery trade (”DVH”), Special Trade and e-Com. As Business Support, you also provide operational support within sales with pricing and logistics. You act as support to our Key Account Managers and our Sales Force in the field, for example at product launches/events, and are an important link to other departments, suppliers and customers. Based on your central administrative role, your mission will also be to develop and challenge the status quo in our processes, including in the role of key user for our CRM system. With strong brands in the portfolio and an organization in growth, there are many exciting initiatives ahead to further drive sales in the Swedish market and you can work in a sales-related and developing position and make a difference.
You have an academic degree in business administration, technical university or equivalent.
You have some or a few years of experience in similar role/tasks
Very good analytical skills and experienced user of MS Excel and various IT systems and an ability and interest in managing and structuring data
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement
You are a team player who is self-motivated, proactive and able to prioritize between several tasks, even when the pace is high. You like challenges, are a quick learner and like to suggest and drive improvements and provide good support to the sales team. As a person, you like details and are meticulous and structured. It is a merit that you have experience in Swedish grocery retail or a similar industry.
