Role Purpose:
The Shopper & Customer Marketing Head Derma CAMEX is responsible to develop and implement the POS Strategy, POS Campaigns & Promo, DermoAdvisors & Training Management and Picture of Success for Derma business in customers across different channels considering Mexico as a lead market and Central America as an activation country. The POS strategy is going to be developed through understanding the relationship between consumers and shoppers and using those insights to drive consumption of the brand and category. Lead the POS Excellence, Category and Dispensing building the right strategy per retail environment and account and the Operation Team (DermoAdvisors, Field Coach and Trainings) to ensure the excellence in the execution of the plans.
Main Accountabilities:
- The SCM Head is the main liaison between the BUH, Marketing & Commercial teams.
- Establish channel’s role within the Derma BPU strategic framework.
- Build the category and plans with focus in Dispensing Channel and Pharmacies.
- Design Integrated Shopper Marketing Plans that deliver main KPIs: ROI, Net Sales, Sell Out and Market Share growth.
- Lead and manage multifunctional meetings such as Go to Market, JBPs, TradePlans, Post Mortem & Readiness
- Ensure total alignment with Regional SCM Head
- Ensure alignment of promotions and activities with Medman
- Ensure alignment of promotional activities between online/offline channels.
- Challenge status quo, drive differentiation
- Define category rules, pricing strategy and promotional plan per customer aligned with Marketing & Commercial Strategies
- Develop, lead and negotiate alongside Team leaders, 360 POS/ePOS Campaigns with customers that accelerate sell out of Key Initiatives
- Build Annual Development Plans per customer (consumer trends, launches, promotional plans).
- Monthly analysis of promotional/pricing impact on sales performance
- Manage Shopper & CM budget according to Marketing Priorities & assigned MB Ratio
