Your Tasks
Supplier Communication
Send out and track feedback of standardized supplier emailing
Update supplier risk status within defined processes
Align with Global Procurement Community on escalation and other special cases
Contracting
Manage negotiation and signature process related to Code of Conducts via end-to-end Contract Management System
Connect with Corp. Sustainability department on negotiation and other special cases
Sustainability Assessments
Invite suppliers to Sustainability assessments and steer them through the assessment process
Connect with assessment agency on platform questions, technical issues and other special cases
In-person Trainings
Train your colleagues in-person locally on Sustainability topics, such as Climate Change
Be an Ambassador for Sustainability topics locally and in the Global Procurement Community
Your Profile
Professional Career Requirements
Open mindset to work in a multi-national company
First years of professional experience with supplier communication within a Procurement Organization. Alternatively experience with operational work in customer management.
Structured working methods and process understanding
Service-oriented and agile mindset
System knowledge / Experience
Experienced in working with Microsoft Office applications (esp. MS Excel)
Affinity for working with new Apps and system workflow management
Language skills
Fluent in English – written and verbal is mandatory
