  • Design and implement effective systems that promote continuous feedback, development, and career planning at Beiersdorf and our affiliates in order to increase employee satisfaction.
  • Implement proactive sourcing strategies to track industry trends and actively search for qualified candidates.
  • Implement concepts on areas such as compensation, wellbeing, employer branding, diversity & inclusion, or global mobility, etc.

I started my Beiersdorf journey in 2021 with 10+ years of HR experience. Joining the Global Mobility team was a life changing decision, as I moved from Mexico to Germany. When I arrived in Hamburg, my team brought me from the airport to my flat and took me to my first Christmas Market. I felt so welcome which made me feel “at home away from home”. As Head of Global Mobility Consultants, I am working with incredible colleagues worldwide every day.

In 2007, I started as team assistant at BSS and later took the role of assistant to the CIO. In 2021, I moved to HR where I’ve been supporting various teams ever since. Over time, I've built an assistant network to share infos and support each other. Moreover, I support the "Good for me" team by offering meditation & mindfulness sessions as this topic is close to my heart. I love working with people and find it fulfilling to help others in their job!
