With a share of 51.18% as of 31st December 2020 maxingvest group holds the majority of the 252,000,000 outstanding shares. 9.99% are held as no-par-value bearer shares and are recognized in the retained earnings. The remaining 38.83% of the shares are attributed to the free float.
