OUR PEOPLE INFLUENCE

Our employees have been involved in our Campus project from the very beginning and have significantly influenced our new corporate headquarters even before its completion. The campus was created for our employees, so it was important for us to listen to them and find out what they need for their well-being and for their productivity at their future workplace. Concrete examples from the project development include: the establishment of a change network across different functions, a joint learning journey to other companies and their office concepts, an employee survey on workplace satisfaction in cooperation with the Leesman Institute, the so-called detailed planning process, in which teams could choose room modules based on their activity profiles, construction site tours with over 1,200 participants, as well as regular consulting hours or the creative naming of our new buildings by the Beiersdorf team, as well as test-sitting and selecting furniture. Participation was the key to the success of this project for Beiersdorf.

THE COCO LEARNING JOURNEY

Our employee network of Co-Creators and Communicators (CoCo’s) supported the Campus project from the very beginning. The CoCo’s co-created the workplace strategy and engaged in various workstreams to develop ideas for the Campus around health and wellbeing, digitalization, sustainability and diversity.
