This year’s ordinary Annual General Meeting of Beiersdorf AG took place as a virtual Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2026 at 10:30am (CEST).

Through the online voting system a confirmation of the receipt of votes in accordance with § 129 (5) Aktiengesetz (German Stock Corporation Act) can be obtained within a period of one month following the Annual General Meeting. In addition, such confirmation can also be obtained through the Investor Relations department (Investor.Relations@Beiersdorf.com).
