The “Responsible Sourcing Program” for suppliers has been developed to provide supplier assessment, continuous monitoring and properly manage compliance of our global supply base. We leverage international collaborative platforms "Sedex" and “AIM-PROGRESS”, which facilitate data transparency and help us gain the synergies to drive improvement in responsible and ethical business practices in global supply chains.

Beiersdorf and 30 other international manufacturers of the consumer goods industry are involved in the "AIM-PROGRESS committee for sustainable sourcing practices of the European Brands Association". The objective is better standards through collaborative cooperation.
"Achieving more together" is the motto of the “AIM-PROGRESS Committee”, in which Beiersdorf has been a member since 2010. With an international membership, the committee operating under the aegis of the "European Brands Association AIM" (Association des Industries de Marque), and in North America in cooperation with the "Grocery Manufacturers Association" (GMA), focuses on a more sustainable and responsible procurement.
