The modern headquarters brings together four buildings and offers more than 3,200 m² workplaces. Flexible desks and open spaces help to grow new ideas and solutions. Collaboration hubs and co-working spaces support teamwork. The headquarters and the expansion of our research center are the foundation for further growth. Collaboration is key at our headquarters. No working area is completely open or closed. This allows for high adaptability and diversity. Hierarchy independent office structures have been created and paired with one consistent design language. Each team or department has assigned areas. These are known as team neighborhoods that can be configured through modular elements.
