Our authors provide insight into the topics that drive Beiersdorf. They work in different areas, contribute their perspectives, and make visible how diverse our work is.

Kathrin Erbar

Kathrin takes us on a journey through the fascinating field of research and development at Beiersdorf. Before exploring Beiersdorf’s DNA, she did communications for HR topics (diversity, leadership, New Work), and previously oversaw financial communications at Beiersdorf for several years.

Christina Hoberg

Christina is the expert in Beiersdorf’s site communications in Hamburg. She is responsible for all topics relating to the Hamburg plants, especially the Beiersdorf Campus in Eimsbüttel, and for communicating plans to transform the area between Unnastraße and Quickbornstraße into an urban district. Christina is particularly interested in urban development, sustainability, and social responsibility.

Diana Lühmann

Diana loves telling stories about Beiersdorfers who work with so much heart, ideas and creativity for our company. "At Beiersdorf, I have enjoyed a very special energy of innovation and collaboration in all the areas I have been responsible for in communications so far — from human resources, cultural, and social topics to the world of research & development and brands. Sharing these stories can inspire change, both within the company and beyond."

Anne Oehler

Anne leads communication for Pharmacy and Selective Brands in Corporate Communications—international projects for Eucerin, Aquaphor, Hansaplast, La Prairie, Chantecaille.

Julia Petz

Julia joined Beiersdorf’s Corporate Communications in 2020. After leading communications for our consumer brands (e.g., NIVEA), she now leads Supply Chain communications, including our production centers. As an experienced communications expert, she tells stories about people, innovations, and business resilience that are shaping Beiersdorf’s future.

Carolin Schreyer

Carolin joined Beiersdorf in 2019 in Corporate Communication with a focus on Pharmacy and Selective brands. Today, she is responsible for topics related to NIVEA and other mass-market brands such as 8X4 and Hidrofugal.

Katrin J. Selzer

Katrin has been with Beiersdorf since 2003. After various roles in marketing, strategy, digital and brands PR, Katrin is a Senior Communication Manager since 2018, taking care of sustainability-related stories. She’s very passionate about this topic and enjoys to spread the word and stimulate change through communications.

Lisa Borrenkott

Lisa joined Beiersdorf and Corporate Communications in June 2024. She brings PR consultancy experience, shapes sustainability content, sometimes covers political communications and R&D. As a communications generalist with sustainability focus, she tells stories about people and initiatives shaping the future.

Henrike Halliwell

Henrike is part of the Corporate Communications team, where she’s responsible for the topics of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). Her work centers around communicating Beiersdorf’s commitment to support an inclusive society and work culture. Guided by a strong belief that inclusion benefits us all, individually and as a society, Henrike’s stories spotlight initiatives and people who make a difference.

Marina Blank

Marina joined Beiersdorf in 2024 as a Communications Trainee, gaining experience in areas such as Corporate Branding, Digital & Social Media, Media Relations, Crisis and Product Communications. Inspired by Beiersdorf’s innovative strength, she has focused since 2026 on communicating research and development, sharing the stories behind the science, technologies, and people driving innovation.
