Campus Services is made up of two main areas: Employee Services and GOOD FOR ME – our holistic health management program covering Medical, Social, and Wellbeing. Let’s start with the Employee Services teams – the everyday enablers behind the scenes.

We are the creative minds behind every event, turning ideas into experiences. From the first calendar blocker to the final applause, we guide each event with passion and improvisation. Marketing conference, Christmas party, or townhall – as the link between catering, tech, design, and security, we manage 230 event days a year!
Our brands, your benefit
NIVEA, Hansaplast, and Eucerin – we bring Beiersdorf’s brands straight to our employees. In our campus shop or online, we make sure your favorites are available at employee prices across Germany. The shop space and traffic have tripled – and we handle it all with team spirit. That is why we lovingly call ourselves the WE-Shop.
More than just lunch
Every day, we serve hundreds of colleagues with fresh meals, tasty snacks, and a steady flow of caffeine. From our restaurant to the barista bar, we deliver culinary quality with heart and hustle. 3 million dishes, 10 tons of coffee beans, and 20,000 liters of oat milk a year speak for themselves. Smart tools keep things running smoothly – so everyone can stay focused on what matters most.
Keeping Beiersdorf running
Lights on, elevators moving, heating running – that is our doing. We take care of every technical aspect of our buildings and oversee 140,000 m² in Plant 5 alone – that is the size of 20 football fields! With our self-generated electricity, we could power 200 households. Technology, sustainability, and seamless service – all from one expert team.
Everyday logistics heroes
We are the go-to team for packages, pallets, and post – on campus and beyond. From hazardous goods to moderation kits: we organize, transport, store, and advise with expert know-how. Even the CEO personally uses our laundry service. Flexible and motivated, we make sure logistics at Beiersdorf runs like clockwork.
Our enablers in the background
We love processes – especially when they run smoothly. That is why we analyze, standardize, and digitalize wherever we can. We develop new tools, improve IT structures, and help teams work more efficiently. Whether it is business cards or software solutions: we are there when things get specific. With foresight and helpfulness, we make everyone’s work a bit easier.
Mobility with a plan
Company cars, job bikes, leasing & more – we manage everything that moves. From the first quote to the final return, we are your go-to team, keeping track of 450 vehicles (15% electric). We negotiate conditions, create reports, and find practical solutions – even for special cases. Fun fact: none of us drives a company car – but we know everything about them!
Protecting what matters
You only notice safety when it is missing – that is why we make sure everything stays calm. We plan emergency concepts, run safety trainings, and welcome 35,000 visitors every year. We are also your go-to for health and fire protection – with over 105,000 alerts handled, 90 emergency calls, and 270 trained fire wardens each year. We are here when it counts!
Print & Document Logistics
We print, fold, bind, and digitize – fast, precise, and always top quality. Whether it is payslips, banners, or lab samples: we bring it to paper or store it securely in the archive. From HR to IT, from the boardroom to the production– everyone relies on our services. Tight deadline? No worries – we will find a solution. Sometimes even we are amazed by our own speed!

Active since 1962 – with heart, team spirit, and over 30 disciplines! Whether SUP, golf, football, darts, hormone yoga, or the Beiersdorf Family Run – there's something for everyone, on water, on the field, or on the mat. With around 2,700 members, we are a real movement. Many of our employees even lead courses themselves. We offer movement for all – across Hamburg and online.

Bio age minus 14.3 years? Welcome to the GYM! We offer a fully equipped training area with strength, cardio, and stretching equipment, a wide range of courses, and personal support. Whether you are a beginner or fitness pro – everyone gets an individual training plan, motivation included. Our wonderfully chaotic and loving team gets everyone moving. Sweat with us and stay young!

Laughter, learning, discovery – there is always something going on here! Our dedicated team supports the little explorers through nursery, preschool, and pre-kindergarten with heart, humor, and care. Our inclusive concept offers plenty of space to play and grow – right in the middle of the campus and with no closing times.
