We may communicate your personal data to our affiliated companies, provided
that it falls within our purposes on the legal bases described above. For the
processing activities in our online personnel selection system, the companies
of the Beiersdorf Group are jointly responsible. The essence of the agreement
of this joint determination is that Beiersdorf AG, Germany, is predominantly
responsible for fulfilling the information duties in accordance with data
protection law and providing information on joint processing. We may share your
candidate profile with other selection teams within the Beiersdorf Group. You
can manage your profile visibility options by selecting whether your profile
should be visible to the selection team involved in your current application or
to selection teams within the Beiersdorf Group worldwide.
If you do not wish to be considered for other or future job offers that may
be of interest to you, you can request deletion of your candidate profile by
referring to the Data Retention Chapter.
In addition, personal data may be processed on our behalf in accordance
with Article 28 of the GDPR, by providers of systems for candidate management
and selection processes. We do not share data with third parties that are not
relevant to our management of recruitment positions or other use cases that we
describe in Chapter 3 Use of Personal Data.
If we transfer personal data to service providers or Group companies
outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the transfer will only take place if
the European Commission has confirmed an adequate level of data protection in
the third country or if other data protection is adequate in accordance with
the adoption of safeguards (e.g., binding internal company data protection
rules or EU standard contractual clauses). Beiersdorf has reasonable safeguards
in place to protect this information, including standard contractual clauses.
Further information is available under "Data transfers outside the EU".
We reserve the right to communicate information about you if there is a
legal obligation to do so or if we are obliged to hand it over to the relevant
competent authorities or law enforcement agencies in accordance with Article 6
