As a leading skincare company, our brands are part of millions of daily routines. We want our brand communication to reflect the diversity of our consumers.

To support this, we created the DE&I Compass. Its purpose is to help our brand teams and partners focus on diverse representation in every step of the creative process. The Compass was developed with our DE&I Expert Board, an external advisory board.
