Leading production team, ensuring production process with standard operational procedure which comply with SHE and quality regulation, based on production schedule with optimum resource. Leading team from related department to perform Continuous Improvement in production area.

Safety : Ensuring safety implementation on Production area · 0 major accident · Safety & Behavioral Observation

Quality System : Ensuring Product meet Quality Requirement · Ensuring GMP implementation · Maintain Hygiene area · Maintain SOP/ WI on function related · Ensuring 5S Implementation · RFT FG/ RFT · 0 finding on GMP audit/ inspection · Hygiene score · SOP/ WI availability · 5S Score

Personalia : ensuring subordinate get sufficient knowledge to perform their duties · Maintain subordinate Performance & development · Modul training, training record, · Performance evaluation & Development Plan

Documentation & Reporting : Provide Documentation related to Production Process · Provide report related to production · Provide Procedure Operational related to production Process · Documentation compliance · Monthly report availability · SOP/WI availability

Operational Production : Ensuring Machine performance · Ensuring Material efficiency · Ensuring Optimum Production personnel · Other relevant responsibility with specific output · OAE · MUV · Productivity · MSA

Improvement : Ensuring improvement implementation  · Kaizen implementation

Your Profile

Education · Bachelor Degree in engineering/ Pharmacy
Experience · Minimum 3years
