Role Overview
As the Launch and Relaunch Coordination Manager at Beiersdorf Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in managing and steering the end-to-end delivery of launch and relaunch projects within the Production Center (PC) and Third Party Manufacturing (3PM) environments. Your coordination will span across in-house and outsourced production, ensuring all activities are strategically aligned, risks are mitigated, and timelines are met rigorously.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive all launch and relaunch initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with internal teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, 3PM, Production Centers, and Distribution Centers, both regionally and globally.
- Conduct detailed feasibility assessments to proactively identify operational risks and complexities, implementing risk mitigation plans collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Maintain vigilant oversight of all project milestones, facilitating timely problem resolution to uphold the commitment to first delivery dates.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts within launch and relaunch processes to enhance efficiency and align with broader organizational objectives.
- Support and coach team members and business partners to develop expertise and promote collaborative problem-solving approaches across multifunctional teams.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively without formal authority.
- Advanced to fluent level of business English, with strong communication skills in a global working environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (including ThinkCell), as well as MS Project, Power BI, and SAP.
- Experience in creating dashboards and delivering clear, impactful presentations to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and maintain high quality and accuracy.
- Proactive, innovative, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
