Your Tasks
Role Purpose
To perform microbiological quality testing of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished products to ensure compliance with Beiersdorf’s microbiological standards.
Main Responsibilities
Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, packaging materials, products awaiting filling, semi-finished products, and finished products to ensure compliance with Beiersdorf standards.
Identify and classify microorganisms detected in tested materials and products.
Record test results and maintain documentation in compliance with GMP requirements.
Conduct environmental monitoring to ensure production hygiene and prevent microbial contamination.
Evaluate new microbiological test methods and production equipment, including cleaning and sanitization effectiveness.
Maintain and calibrate assigned laboratory instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Develop and review Work Instructions (WIs) for microbiological testing and instrument calibration.
Validate microbiological test methods to ensure accuracy, suitability, and reliability.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely and compliant microbiological testing.
Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in quality control or quality testing.
- Basic proficiency in English and computer skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn.
