Main Accountabilities

  1. Develop and execute trade plans, leveraging POS data analysis to ensure plan effectiveness.
  2. Manage product and assortment strategy, ensuring smooth execution of NPD and relaunch.
  3. Monitor key competitor activities, generate actionable insights, and propose improvements for future planning.
  4. Managing monthly forecasts, distribution, promotion, trade budget, merchandising and continuously seeking opportunities to drive business growth.
  5. Collaborating with key accounts, field sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain partners closely to deliver integrated trade marketing plans that aligned with corporate objectives.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  1. A bachelor’s degree is required, Master or MBA is a plus.
  2. 2-5 years of Trade Marketing experiences in FMCG, beauty/skincare is preferred.
  3. Solid analytical skills with the ability to develop category insights from data.
  4. Proven track record of execution excellence and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  5. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across functions.
  6. Strong growth mindset to bring out creative ideas.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  8. Fluent English speaking and writing.
