For the cohort in September, the hiring process starts in April. Depending on the track you are interested in, the job descriptions go live until around May.
Yes, we highly recommend to be quick with your application, as we will only accept a certain amount of applications and continue based on that selection.
Please only apply in English (Note: German certificates do not need to be translated).
No. English is the main language of the programme. German is not required.
We highly recommend that you have at least 6 month of work experience e.g. through impactful internships or as a working student.

BEYOND is a fast‑track toward leadership, not an automatic leadership appointment. You benefit from strong networks, mentoring and dedicated development steps. With exceptional performance, you may continue into further support programmes after completing BEYOND. Your progression depends on your impact and potential.
Besides your strong network (e.g. BEYOND community) you will also have senior managers closely accompanying you throughout your trainee journey. Additionally, for trainees with corresponding performance, there are dedicated HR programmes available to follow the graduate programme.
