Our
legitimate interest lies in the efficient conduct of contract negotiations as well as consistent and traceable
communication in terms of Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest) or similar provision in applicable local law.
Recipients
Your
personal data may be transferred to responsible colleagues within the procurement
function of the Beiersdorf group. Other recipients can be found in this section

Deletion
Chats and
contract-related communication are kept for the duration of the negotiated
contract and deleted after all applicable statutory retention periods have
lapsed.
