Our current Status on Gender Equity

In accordance with the German “Act on the Equal Participation of Women and Men in Leadership Positions”, Beiersdorf AG is legally required to define targets for the proportion of women in the first two management levels below the Executive Board, as well as deadlines for achieving these targets. For the Supervisory Board of Beiersdorf AG, the statutory minimum quota of 30 percent women and 30 percent men applies; for the Executive Board, the legal participation requirement of at least one woman and one man applies. In addition, as part of its diversity concept for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board, the Supervisory Board also defines voluntary targets for the proportion of women in these bodies.

The current targets for the proportion of women on the Supervisory Board, the Executive Board, and the two upper management levels are as follows:

Beiersdorf AG

Supervisory Board:

Current target: Share of women at least 33%.

As of December 31, 2025, the proportion of women was 58.3%.

Executive Board: 

Current target: Share of women at least 30%.

As of December 31, 2025, the proportion of women was 50%.

1st management level: 

Current target until December 31, 2026: Share of women at least 35%.

As of December 31, 2025, the proportion of women was 42.1%.

2nd management level:

Current target until December 31, 2026: Share of women at least 50%.

As of December 31, 2025, the proportion of women was 48.1%.

Beiersdorf Manufacturing Hamburg GmbH

In the Consumer Business Segment, Beiersdorf Manufacturing Hamburg GmbH is required by law alongside Beiersdorf AG to set targets for the share of women on the Supervisory Board and Managing Director level, as well as on the two most senior management levels below the Managing Directors.

The target percentages and compliance periods for achieving the share of women are currently as follows:

*Beiersdorf Manufacturing GmbH employs only one Managing Director. At the time of stetting the target, this position was held by a man; currently it is also held by a woman.
