Your Tasks

Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing, you will act as the critical link between Sales and Marketing, developing and executing best-in-class customer marketing activations that drive category growth, strengthen brand equity and deliver commercial outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.

You will play a key role in bringing brand strategies to life in-store, developing engaging shopper experiences, managing Point of Sale and Point of Purchase programs, and partnering closely with Sales, Consumer Marketing, Category Insights and Revenue Growth Management teams.


Key responsibilities

  • Developing retail environment activation plans aligned with brand direction and sales objectives across ANZ.
  • Executing customer marketing programs and shopper activations that drive conversion along the path to purchase.
  • Creating and managing POS/POP materials, trade promotions and customer support assets for new product launches.
  • Evaluating activation effectiveness and applying insights to optimise future performance and ROI.
  • Managing customer marketing budgets, trade expenditure reconciliation and financial reporting requirements.
  • Supporting business planning cycles and developing compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Category Insights, Supply Chain and external suppliers to ensure flawless execution.

Your Profile

  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years' experience in Customer Marketing, Marketing or Sales within FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of shopper marketing, brand activation and retail execution.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to assess ROI and business performance.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
