Your Tasks

In this role, you will join the 3PM Quality team located in Poznan and you will :

  • Act as the Chantecaille quality interface for central functions, Beiersdorf teams, and 3PMs while applying Luxory Standards
  • Assure 3PM finished-product quality and release only complaint, approval batches that meet minimum shelf-life requirements;decide release or blocking based on certificates of analysisin operational systems
  • Apply Beiersdorf Quality Standards and Luxury Standards across release, rework, non- conformance, and complaint processes; improve their effectiveness
  • Manage complaints, CAPAs, status reporting, and recall-data support
  • Maintain QAAs and develop 3PM Quality Management Systems through performanceimprovement, GMP training, and audits
  • Maintain compliant procedures and documentation aligned with country/EU regulations andevolving PC processes
  • Lead or support quality projects, change control, risk management, and system improvementsthat increase efficiency and reduce losses
  • Benchmark with Beiersdorf affiliates while applying Luxury Standards to strengthenChantecaille processes
  • Govern 3PM supplier evaluations, quality KPIs, corrective follow-up, and timely certificationupdates in Global SharePoint

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of Quality Management experience, ideally in cosmetics manufacturing.
  • In-depth 3PM/supplier quality expertise, including audits, QAAs, CAPA, KPIs, and risk management
  • Strong knowledge of production processes
  • Project-management experience preferred; people-management experience is an asset
  • university degree in chemistry, cosmetology, commodity science, chemical technology, or a related field
  • Good SAP QM knowledge and advanced MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of cosmetics legislation, GMP, relevant ISO standards, and quality tools such as FMEA, 5 Why, problem solving, and 8D
  • Process-oriented, analytical, communicative, responsible, and independent; able to travel to 3PMs and suppliers as required
  • fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • very good communication skills
  • ability to work remotely in a multicultural environment
  • excellent ability to build and develop relationships with the internal stakeholders
  • readiness to work in the afternoon in a hybrid formula
