Are you passionate about project coordination, innovation and Supply Chain? We are looking for a
Launch & Re-launch Coordinator
to support the successful implementation of product launches, relaunches, product changes and innovation projects within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional activities across Supply Chain, Production, Technical, Quality, Material Management, Controlling, Safety and Engineering, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate product launch and relaunch projects from a factory perspective.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project milestones, risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment among local and global stakeholders.
- Coordinate the implementation of new products, product changes and innovation initiatives.
- Support Value Engineering and continuous improvement initiatives when applicable
Your Profile
Who We're Looking For
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Experience in project management, project coordination, Supply Chain, planning or innovation implementation.
- 2 to 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred. High-potential junior profiles may also be considered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance analysis and execution.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, SMED, Fishbone Analysis, Root Cause Analysis or similar methodologies is highly valued.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is an advantage.
- Electromechanical knowledge or experience is highly valued.
- SAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills and fluent English are required.
- Knowledge of Power BI or project management tools is a plus.
