Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in achieving the short, mid, and long-term commercial objectives of the account team, as outlined in the country’s sales strategy.
Actively contribute to the execution of Sales Fundamentals principles.
Customer contact:
- Translates newly available logistical data for innovations and relaunches into information and shares this in customer-specific templates with Customer.
- A reliable and knowledgeable contact person for the buyer/category manager at the Customer.
Customer Business Plans
- Assist KAM on business plan monitoring, conducting analysis and other daily tasks.

Hard Skills:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration (or similar);
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
- High proficiency in MS Office applications (namely Excel and Power Point); SAP reading software is an added value.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills; a good mix of proactivity, creativity, problem solving and analytical thinking;
- Collaborative team player and relationship building oriented;
- Ability to work cross functionally in a high-speed environment;
- High customer orientation and high attention to details and quality consciousness;

Additionally, please note that all candidates are required to be at the office in Paco de Arcos three days per week (two days of remote work).
