Role Purpose
Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations to deliver safe, compliant, reliable and cost-competitive production, while continuously improving operational performance and building a high-performing organization.
Your Tasks
End-to-End Operations Leadership
- Lead all production activities across Compounding, Filling and Packing, ensuring reliable execution against production and business plans.
- Ensure effective coordination of resources, capacity and operational priorities to deliver required service and performance.

Maintain a strong focus on Safety, Quality and compliance, ensuring standards are consistently embedded in daily operations.
Performance & Cost Ownership
- Own and continuously improve key operational KPIs, including Safety, Quality, Productivity, Material Loss, OAE Mixing & Filling, Conversion Cost and other operational performance indicators.
- Take full accountability for assigned cost centers, budgets and operational cost performance.
- Drive productivity, loss reduction and cost-saving initiatives to strengthen the site's overall competitiveness.

Use performance data and root-cause analysis to identify gaps, prioritize improvement opportunities and ensure sustainable corrective actions.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Build a strong continuous improvement culture, challenging existing processes and driving sustainable improvements in efficiency, reliability and cost.
- Continuously improve the working environment, with particular focus on ergonomics, hygiene, safety, quality and effective workplace organization.
- Drive standardization, problem solving and operational excellence across manufacturing processes.
People & Organization Leadership
- Lead, develop and empower the Operations organization, building the capabilities required for current and future business needs.
- Develop a strong leadership pipeline and succession plan for critical operational roles.

Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
PC (Production Center) Leadership Team Contribution
- Act as an active member of the PC Leadership Team, contributing beyond the Operations function to the overall development and performance of PC.
- Support and role-model PC policies, strategic priorities and leadership principles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to balance Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People priorities and make decisions in the best overall interest of the business.
