Your Tasks
As Commercial Controlling Manager, you will act as the strategic finance partner for the Cosmetics business in Poland. You will work at the heart of commercial decision-making, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and senior leadership teams to accelerate profitable growth, optimize investments, and drive business performance.
You will translate complex data into actionable business insights, challenge the status quo, and influence strategic decisions across customers, categories, brands, and channels.
Principal Accountabilities/Main Functions
- Strategic Commercial Business Partnering Act as trusted Finance Business Partner to Sales, Marketing and Revenue Growth Management teams. Drive profitable growth through financial insights, strategic recommendations and constructive challenge of commercial decisions.
- Customer & Category Profitability Management Lead customer, category and brand profitability analyses. Identify growth opportunities, risks and performance drivers, translating insights into actionable recommendations that improve business results.
- Revenue Growth & Commercial Investment Steering Act as copilot to RGM team in driving promotion effectiveness, pricing excellence and trade investment management. Ensure commercial investments deliver sustainable returns and support achievement of profitability targets.
- Forecasting, Planning & Performance Management Lead forecasting and planning processes for sales, volume, investments and profitability. Provide transparency on business performance and actively contribute to S&OP and commercial decision-making forums.
- Business Performance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Ensure timely, accurate and insightful reporting for local and global stakeholders. Drive automation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes, tools and ways of working.

Leadership & Capability Building Lead, coach and develop the Commercial Controlling team while fostering a high-performance culture. Contribute actively to the international Commercial Controlling community through sharing best practices and driving functional excellence.
Your Profile
Education & Experience
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering roles.
- Strong understanding of FMCG commercial environments, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management
Technical Expertise
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
- Proven experience translating complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP, data warehouses, reporting tools, and MS Office applications.
- Experience with modern analytics and digital finance solutions is an advantage.
