Your Tasks
- Production Process: Operate and carefully monitor the entire production process in alignment with the established production plan to maximize efficiency and productivity. Ensure timely delivery of all output targets while maintaining high operational standards.
- Safety & Quality Compliance: Rigorously uphold all Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards. Adhere strictly to company policies and operating procedures to eliminate risks related to accidents, health hazards, product quality issues, and material wastage.
- Production Machine Maintenance: Carry out Autonomous Maintenance tasks including regular cleaning, detailed inspection, lubrication, tightening, and basic upkeep of production machinery. Guarantee correct machine setup and installation after changeovers to sustain peak machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively support and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational workflows, improve efficiency, reduce waste, and elevate overall productivity within your work area.
- Documentation & Reporting: Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all production documentation including records, operational checklists, and quality reports. Promptly escalate any issues related to production, quality, safety, or equipment to the appropriate supervisors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective teamwork across Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to facilitate smooth operational processes and help achieve broader organizational goals.
Your Profile
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Diploma III (D3) degree in an Engineering discipline such as Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Production Operator in a manufacturing environment, with practical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety standards and quality management principles in production settings.
- Competent in operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment according to established protocols.
- Willingness and flexibility to engage in shift work within an active manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills capable of addressing and resolving operational challenges.
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a firm commitment to uphold quality, safety, and continuous improvement standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a multifunctional team setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to contribute positively across various departments.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and production documentation systems.
- Readiness to work onsite in Malang, embracing the dynamics of a manufacturing facility location.
