Your Tasks
An exciting opportunity is available within the Fill & Pack area for a Line & Process Engineer on a temporary contract.
This position supports packaging operations across multiple production lines, working closely with Production, Maintenance and Quality teams to drive process improvements, standardization and operational excellence.
Your Tasks
- Support and optimize manufacturing and packaging processes across several production lines.
- Develop, update and maintain technical documentation, operating standards and work instructions.
- Deliver training sessions and technical guidance to production operators.
- Coordinate and communicate process and equipment changes within the production area.
- Collaborate closely with Maintenance teams to identify and implement technical improvements.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
- Support line trials, validations and format change activities.
- Analyze process deviations, equipment losses and operational issues to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
- Promote and support 5S, safety and quality standards.
- Participate in projects involving automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Your Profile
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related Engineering discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
- High-potential junior profiles may also be considered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to balance analysis and execution.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, SMED, Fishbone Analysis, Root Cause Analysis or similar methodologies is highly valued.
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment is an advantage.
- Electromechanical knowledge or experience is highly valued.
