Your Tasks

As a Sales Controller, you will play a key role in driving sustainable and profitable growth by providing financial transparency, supporting business decisions, and strengthening controlling processes across Czechia and Slovakia.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Finance Business Partner for commercial functions, particularly Sales, supporting fact-based decision-making and profitable growth
  • Plan, forecast and report key financial KPIs, with focus on Net Sales, Customer Budgets, Net Sales Price (NSP), Gross Margin and investments
  • Monitor sales budget execution and proactively identify risks and deviations
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes from customer, category and market perspectives
  • Analyze pricing structures, margins, volumes and promotional effectiveness, providing business recommendations
  • Ensure proper financial processes and compliance, especially related to Customers’ Budgets and Accruals
  • Prepare regular financial reports and perform ad-hoc analyses supporting management decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation and digitalization of reporting and controlling tools
  • Participate in local and regional finance projects
  • Cooperate cross-functionally with Commercial Teams

Your Profile

  • University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in Business or Commercial Controlling, ideally in the FMCG or consumer goods industry
  • Strong analytical skills combined with strategic and business-oriented thinking
  • Ability to translate financial data into clear business recommendations
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and hands-on mindset
  • High level of ownership, curiosity and openness to change
  • Strong process affinity and willingness to continuously improve existing workflows
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of SAP and BI tools (Power BI is a strong advantage)
  • Fluent English required, Czech is an advantage
