Your Tasks
- Prepare regular sales and financial reports and analyses (P&L, margin, pricing, volumes),
- Own and support pricing topics, including price simulations, list price reviews and price change impact analyses,
- Act as a finance partner for Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives (price, promo, mix),
- Prepare and validate customer margin calculations (regular and promotional), including profitability and ROI assessments,
- Monitor sales budget execution and identify deviations vs. plan,
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with financial insights and clear business recommendations,
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning processes,
- Perform pre‑ and post‑promotion analyses and evaluate promotion effectiveness,
- Improve and automate reporting and controlling processes,
- Cooperate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and RGM teams,
- Prepare ad‑hoc analyses supporting management decisions.
Your Profile
- Completed Master's degree in Economics,
- Min. 4 years of professional experience in the area of business or financial controlling,
- Understanding of business processes and the ability to think scenarios,
- Openness to change, curiosity about business, proactivity in everyday work, willingness to learn,
- Ability to have discussions, actively listen and persuade,
- Very good knowledge of English,
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point, knowledge of SAP/BI systems welcome.
