Your Tasks
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis (sell-out, pricing, competitive activities etc) as an input for Category analysis & planning
- Coordinate small POSM production according to the plan (PO creation, budget tracking, design update).
- Own Promo SKUs administration (VAS tool development, Product passport creation, quantities accumulation and necessary follow-ups with involved functions)
- Other tasks related to the daily work of the team
Your Profile
- Currently pursuing a University degree (student status)
- Strong analytical skills and project management are top priorities
- Curiosity and challenging mindset, attention to detail, ability to work under time pressure, initiative, responsible attitude
- Previous experience in business analysis and/or project management is a plus
- Confident user of MS Оffice (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word). Advanced Excel user. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Fluent English is a must
- Availability of at least 30 hours per week
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode from our Beiersdorf office located in central Warsaw
