Your Tasks

As a Business Analyst, you will support the Commercial Excellence Team by translating business needs into clear reporting, analytics and automation solutions. You will develop scalable Power BI reports, manage data quality and insights, and help stakeholders make faster, fact-based decisions. You will administrate and develop internal systems.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Reporting, analytics & insights: Collect, structure and analyze commercial data; identify trends, risks and opportunities; and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Power BI development: Design, develop, test and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that are accurate, scalable, user-friendly and business-relevant.
  • Requirements & stakeholder management: Gather and refine business requirements with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Finance, Marketing and other stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Automation & improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to simplify reporting, automate processes and improve data-driven ways of working. Act as AI ambassador, share and support Copilot usage within the team.
  • Delivery, adoption & community support: Manage priorities, coordinate delivery, provide user training and support the team through knowledge sharing, best practices but also through support for preparation of presentations and meetings.
  • Internal systems administration & development: Administer, maintain and further develop internal systems, ensuring they support business processes, data quality and efficient ways of working.


Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Reporting, BI, or Commercial Excellence.
  • Strong Power BI and Excel skills; experience with data analysis, reporting, and business insights.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Knowledge of data quality and reporting best practices.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, or AI solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently and coordinate delivery.
  • Proactive, structured, and business-focused mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); Polish is a plus.
