Your Tasks

  • Ensure a deep understanding of customer service and supply chain processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and service performance.
  • Analyze order-related data, product availability, service performance and operational flows to proactively identify issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and strengthen collaboration with key customers, building strong relationships with customer supply chain teams and acting as a trusted business partner.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (Service Level, On Time Delivery, distribution costs, customer-specific KPIs), defining action plans and driving continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate the flow of logistic information between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions, including the adoption of new tools, technologies and ways of working.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Logistics and other functions to ensure alignment and successful execution of customer-centric initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Analytical mind-set, as well as effective communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Self-motivated and great at analysis, with consolidated analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationship and influence stakeholders
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and results-driven, with a focus on creative problem-solving.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the Supply Chain department of a FMCG company.
  • Good knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
  • Strong Microsoft skills (Microsoft Office - Microsoft 365 – Power BI)

    • Gross annual salary (RAL) between €36,000 and €40,000, depending on experience
