In the first step, you will get to know central planning and reporting processes and learn more about corporate finance and our corporate strategy. In addition, you will gain insights into Group Controlling and Accounting. Various projects will give you the opportunity to optimize processes and reporting in order to support management with even better information for decision-making.

In the second step, you will support our business controllers – for the Marketing, Supply Chain or Research & Development functions, for example. As an operational partner, you will advise the management team and ensure that the right decisions are made from a financial perspective. You will contribute to global business reporting, develop measures to improve profitability and plan and review budgets in your area.

During your international assignment, you will get to know another market and new aspects of our business in one of our subsidiaries. Working in local Finance & Controlling, you will gain a sharper awareness of cultural differences – an important skill for the next generation of managers in our globally active company with a strong consumer focus.

In the fourth and final step, you will literally go BEYOND BORDERS: Depending on your personal interests, you can expand your knowledge in a completely different area. For example, you can use experience in sales, marketing, or even auditing to better prepare you for your future career in Finance & Controlling. Or you can dive into Corporate Development, where you work directly for the Executive Board.
