As a Research & Development trainee, you'll work on innovative projects and gain hands-on experience in developing new products and technologies to support us become the best skincare innovator in the world. Your  interdisciplinary and international learning journey will offer you the chance to experience various R&D departments as e.g.  Raw Materials, Formula development, Processing or Packaging or R&D Digitalization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills. At the end of the program, you'll have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position within our research and development team. Join us and help shape the future of  skincare!

Are you ready for our trainee program in Research & Development?

We are looking for:

  • You graduate in science (Life Science related studies as Molecular biology, Bioinformatics, Biology, Data Science or comparable) and you are passionate about creating innovative products 
  • You were able to gain first practical and international experience
  • You have excellent analytical skills and can develop creative solutions
  • Your strengths include flexibility, open-mindedness, excellent communication, and teamwork skills as well as initiative
  • A strong team player with the ambition to lead your own projects
  • Passion: Enthusiastic about innovating in skincare, merging scientific expertise with creativity to develop groundbreaking products
  • Fluency in English
