Eucerin and Aquaphor are leaders in the therapeutic skincare market, bringing science and medical expertise to millions of consumers. You will implement the medical strategy to increase dermatology recommendation of Eucerin/Aquaphor to grow sales for the Greater Toronto Area.
Enhance the image and increase recommendation of our brands
• Visit targeted dermatologists in your territory and present the brand’s products and clinical data to increase recommendations and develop a global approach to the patient’s skin care needs
• Get to know the environment, the pathologies, the products, and the useful communication techniques for promoting the products and services
• Represent the brand at every contact opportunity with health professionals and ensure they are followed up (congresses, ongoing medical training…)
Implement the medical visit strategy
• Respect target coverage, visit frequency and product cycles - Make systematic use of available promotional tools (sales visit aids, brochures, publications…)
• Use all available communication channels to increase message frequency and enhance customisation
• Implement communication techniques to adapt to doctor’s needs and personalise the approach
Manage administrative and reporting tasks
• Organise and optimise visit planning
• Master and use monitoring tools for CRM/CLM platform activity
• Prepare visits and carry out qualitative and quantitative activity reporting

Medical Detailing Skills
• Targeting and segmentation follow-up
• Builds an interactive and customized dialogue with the physician
• Treats objections, obtains recommendations
Scientific Knowledge
• Knows skin pathologies and the medical environment
• Knows our products and competition (formulas and patients benefits)
• Develops one’s local medical network
Entrepreneurship on one's Territory
• Analyzes key performance indicators on one’s territory
• Implements and adjusts sectoral action plan
• Partners with other Dermatology Sales Rep(s) to build synergies
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Science
• 5 to 7 years of over-the-counter and cosmetic products or pharmaceutical sales experience, specifically in Dermatology
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel, including overnight stays.
• Strong communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• The ability to work independently and in multi-discipline team environments.
• Initiative to act quickly on business opportunities, and the flexibility to adapt to new challenges.

We know that experience comes in all forms and we’re not necessarily looking for individuals who can hit the ground running (‘check all the boxes’) but may bring a unique blend of competence and capabilities that can grow into a role and/or bring news skills to the team. Role requires occasional lifting, moving, and transporting of product samples and promotional materials up to 20 lbs
• This is a full-time field-based position operating on a unique 4-day work week schedule.
