Your Tasks

BUSINESS PLANNING | SALES STRATEGY | EXECUTION

  • Develop and implement local eCom strategy based on local and regional plans
  • Deliver annual business plans including Net Sales, Budget and Forecast Accuracy
  • Understand the different needs of key accounts and countries
  • Successfully plan, implement, and maximize product launches, relaunches, brand activations and campaigns at ePOS
    • Cooperate with the marketing team on go-to-market strategy and its implementation. Build assortment and distribution
    • Develop and implement a promotion strategy
    • Align with the marketing team to ensure best in-class ePOS communication
  • Identify growth opportunities and white spaces, continuously driving the category and channel development

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

  • Develop promo plans in line with the local and regional (Eastern Europe) strategy
  • Focus on all aspects of driving eCom business: promo, GWP, Retail Media Investments, content, etc.
  • Manage stocks with all customers, ensure product availability and launches
  • Create a clear long-term strategy: how to set up the proper direct delivery system to the most important eCom customers

KPIS & PERFORMANCE MONITORING

  • Continuously monitor and report own brand and competitor activities, identify key issues and opportunities driving interventions as needed to improve results and ensure delivery of agreed targets
  • Measure, maximize and optimize the performance of eCom activations and Retail Media Investments together with key stakeholders
  • Lead sell-in and sell-out optimization by tracking KPIs, such as NS, GM, UV, CVR, and share
  • Manage sales budget in line with agreed parameters, avoiding overspends or underspends

COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

  • Understand and motivate cross-functional interfaces (Marketing, Supply Chain, Controlling)

  • Ensure that sales builds on and contributes to marketing, brand and strategy development
  • Aim to provide best practice examples on a regular basis, strive for visibility

Your Profile

Professional Background

  • Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, ideally in Key Account Management
  • Experience in dermo-cosmetics, pharma, or trade marketing is a strong advantage

Key Competencies

  • Proven sales mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Solid analytical and conceptual thinking, combined with a hands-on operational approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Native Czech / Slovak language
