Your Tasks

  • Define the eCommerce strategy aligned with the company’s global objectives and brand priorities.
  • Build strategic relationships with customers, agencies, and other commercial partners.
  • Ensure the sustainable growth and evolution of the online business.
  • Lead the team and foster a culture based on BDF values and behaviors, supported by an efficient operating model.
  • Manage the online channel P&L, optimizing profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Drive digital innovation, omnichannel capabilities, and new business opportunities through clear and sustainable processes.

Your Profile

  • Education: Degree in Business, or related fields;
  • Strong external orientation: consumer, customer, and category focused.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker.
  • Strong e-Comm management skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution and decision-making.
  • High-impact
  • Strong knowledge of all eCommerce sub-channels (Pure Players, 3P, DTC, eB2B, Omnichannel, Quick Commerce, Social Commerce).
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing, UX, and precision marketing.
  • Advanced P&L management and optimization capabilities.
  • Advanced data analysis skills and understanding of leading and lagging business KPIs.
