Your Tasks

Role & Responsibilities

The Controller will ensure timely and accurate reporting across a multi-entity environment, including commentary and ongoing report enhancements, while managing the full scope of Supply Chain Controlling in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role also provides controlling support to both the Brands and Sales functions.

Multi-Entity Reporting (FP&A) – 40%

  • Manage the consolidated reporting suite across entities, including the SOI file, Brand Cat, CC2, and MSX (Phasing)
  • Lead the Monthly Business Review (MBR) preparation process, including deck creation and completion of the finance section, liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
  • Lead the weekly MSX process, reporting to the Leadership Team on key deviations and sales phasing trends based on the latest sales estimates
  • Own the Finance section of the extended MBR / Leadership Team preparation
  • Support the financial forecast process, including TM1 entry and deck preparation

Supply Chain Controlling – 20%

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of overall business topics
  • Act as a key controller in the periodic forecast/budget cycle as a corporate controller
  • Enhance analysis and forecasting of the Monthly Rolling Forecast for cost-related items
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
  • Support internal and global projects (e.g., value-added services initiatives)

Brands & Sales Controlling Support – 40%

  • Vistex (price updates)
  • FOC & BOM review
  • CCS Accrual (splash)
  • RCM (Risk Control Matrix)
  • Update operational tools such as MB Rolling and the S&OP template
  • Return price updates

Competencies & Skills

  • Financial Analysis – Proficient in analyzing complex financial data, interpreting financial statements, and identifying trends and insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Budgeting and Forecasting – Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets across departments and projects, along with preparing accurate financial forecasts
  • Cost Control and Optimization – Skilled in identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing measures to optimize spending and resource allocation without compromising operational efficiency
  • Business Partnering – Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and support to enable successful business initiatives
  • Problem-Solving – A proactive, analytical approach to addressing financial challenges and proposing effective solutions to drive continuous improvement
  • Communication and Presentation – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or Business Administration preferred
  • 5+ years of accounting experience required including solid 2+ years in FP&A or Controlling

Other Requirements

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of K-IFRS/Tax
  • Fluent in English
