Your Tasks
We're looking for a hands-on Warehousing Specialist to support our Logistics Service Provider (LSP) transition in Romania on a fixed-term basis. The role is concentrated around the Go-Live of our new LSP (planned for 1 October 2026): supporting operational continuity and cut-over readiness with the outgoing provider in the run-up, then operational stabilisation at the new site (CTP Logistics Park, near Bucharest) after Go-Live. You'll be fully trained by our Warehousing Team and will provide day-to-day operational support across the cut-over, allowing the team to focus on process implementation and set-up.
What you'll do:
- Act as on-site operational point of contact with the outgoing and incoming LSPs, including travel to warehouse locations within Romania
- Post SAP material movements, resolve blocked IDocs, and perform stock comparisons (under guidance from the Warehousing Team)
- Create Shipping Notifications, manage E-Transport compliance, and coordinate transportation and freight discrepancies
- Support execution of newly implemented warehouse processes and flag deviations for corrective action
- Provide operational administrative support and manage residual wind-down tasks for the outgoing provider
Your Profile
- 3–5 years' experience in warehouse or logistics operations; comfortable on-site and resolving operational issues under time pressure
- Proficient MS Office (Excel, Outlook); ERP familiarity an advantage; basic SAP a plus (full training provided)
- Willingness to travel within Romania; available to start at short notice and commit for the full term
- Secondary school or vocational training in Logistics/Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience
- Good English (spoken and written); native or fluent Romanian
Contract : fixed-term 6 months, Based in Bucharest with travel within Romania.
