Your Tasks

Join our Eastern Europe Procurement Team and shape the future of Supply Chain and Logistics network across multiple markets.
As a Local Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for Packaging Materials for Value Added Services (VAS) and POS Displays while supporting the continuous development of our Supply Chain, Shopper and Marketing teams across the Management Unit.
How you will create a beautiful impact:
In this role you will:
• Take ownership of Procurement categories including VAS Packaging Materials, POS Displays
• Develop and deploy category strategies aligned with business and Supply Chain objectives across Eastern Europe.
• Drive sourcing projects, supplier negotiations and contract management activities to maximize value creation, service quality and supply security.
• Support the development and optimization of Supply Chain operations, Shopper and Marketing activities
• Act as a trusted business partner for Supply Chain, Shopper and Marketing stakeholders, providing procurement expertise and market insights.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimization, service improvements, process harmonization and innovation.
• Lead supplier relationship management activities, including supplier performance reviews, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify emerging trends, new suppliers and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Procurement standards, policies and contracting requirements.
• Monitor category performance, savings delivery and Procurement KPIs while maintaining accurate sourcing and supplier data in relevant systems.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global Procurement colleagues to leverage synergies, share best practices and support strategic initiatives.
