Your Tasks

The Sales Representative for the Wallonia region is responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships with pharmacies and healthcare professionals across the assigned territory. The role focuses on promoting and positioning the company's portfolio of dermo-cosmetic products, driving sales growth, increasing market penetration, and ensuring excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for pharmacies within the region, conducting regular field visits, identifying business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships. This position requires a strong understanding of the pharmacy environment, a passion for dermo-cosmetics, and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits and value of our brands and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit pharmacies and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory on a regular basis
  • Promote, position, and sell the company's dermo-cosmetic product portfolio
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy staff, and key customers
  • Achieve sales targets and business objectives defined by the management
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers
  • Provide product training and support to pharmacy teams
  • Ensure optimal visibility and merchandising of products at point of sale
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Marketing, S&CM and Medical team

Your Profile

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and dermo-cosmetic products
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a territory effectively

Languages:

  • Fluent French is mandatory
  • Professional proficiency in English is required
  • A good working knowledge of Dutch is strongly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual business environment

  • Gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €3,800, depending on experience
